Does REVCLI include Claude?
No. REVCLI charges for implementation, training, and support. Claude, API, CRM, WhatsApp, Google/Microsoft, automation tools, and taxes are paid directly by the business.
What should we budget for Claude Team?
For a team, budget a five-seat minimum. Official Claude sources show public Standard references around USD 20-30 per user/month before taxes, depending on billing and region.
What is the practical monthly floor?
A safe owner-facing estimate is roughly USD 100-150/month before taxes for five Standard users. Final pricing is verified at claude.ai/upgrade when buying.
What are Premium seats?
Premium is for power users with heavier usage. Official pages show references around USD 100-150 per user/month before taxes. We do not recommend Premium for everyone on day one.
Can we start with an individual account?
For a workshop, demo, or solo owner, yes. For team operations, Team is cleaner because it centralizes users, billing, admin, and per-member usage.
What if we already have Google, Microsoft, or HubSpot?
Good. We use existing accounts. If a workflow needs a higher plan, we flag it before implementation and keep it separate from REVCLI's fee.
Are connectors free?
A connector may be available inside Claude, but the connected tool keeps its own terms, permissions, limits, and pricing. Examples: HubSpot, QuickBooks, PayPal, Canva, DocuSign, Google, or Microsoft.
Does WhatsApp cost extra?
If we use manual WhatsApp or the Business App for approved drafts, there may be no API charge. If we use WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta/BSP pricing varies by country, category, and template/message volume.
Does Claude API have a fixed subscription?
Not necessarily. API is usage-based by model and tokens. For SMBs we avoid API at first when possible; if needed, we set limits and estimate before the sprint.
Are Make, Zapier, or n8n included?
No. If the workflow needs automation, we use what already exists or recommend an option. Licenses, cloud, server, and executions are client-owned costs.
How do we avoid surprise bills?
Before activation we list required licenses, existing accounts, possible costs, usage limits, and what stays manual. Nothing is purchased without owner approval.
Can AI be wrong?
Yes. That is why the first sprint focuses on drafts, classification, summaries, and recommendations. Humans approve before sending, charging, posting, signing, or filing taxes.
Does Anthropic see my business data?
Claude processes your conversations to generate responses. Claude Team plans offer enhanced data controls including admin management and usage policies. REVCLI trains your team on what information to enter in Claude and what to keep offline, and documents clear data boundaries in every sprint before going live.
Who can access my Claude conversations?
Within Claude Team, workspace admins can manage users and billing, but conversations are per-member. Anthropic does not share your content with other organizations. Before implementation, we define workflow-specific rules: what goes in Claude, what stays in email or offline, and what requires legal or professional review before acting on it.
